Please note that your benefit office staff in Markham are all working, just remotely or in the office with doors temporarily closed to the public. We are following all recommended applicable provincial and federal guidelines dealing with COVID-19. For a temporary period the health and pension administration office will be closed to the public. All regular plan administration functions including retirement application processing, employer contributions processing, health and dental claims processing continue during this time.
If you have not already done so you should sign up for on-line claims payments and direct deposit. The forms are located on the Health and Welfare and Pension pages on this website.
Once provincial and federal guidelines indicate businesses can re-open to the public we will confirm that our offices are open again. In the meantime we are working at full capacity.
